- Start a new hobby, very often when we do things we are supposed to do we stay out of things that we are not supposed to.
- Built accountability with a responsible person whom you can trust, of the same sex. (A parent, elder or even a responsible friend. But keep in mind that the blind cannot lead the blind)
- Flee from triggers, places that

Say out a loud prayer of deliverance.
Keep talking to God, He understands our weakness and He came to set us free - to give us a life that we can live to the fullest.

Never give up sometimes
deliverance takes time,
celebrate the small
victories but always be
vigilant never to fall back.
